No. VoicRx does not connect directly to patient management, EHR, or pharmacy dispensing systems. This ensures patient data remains within your existing clinical software environment.

VoicRx can handle common calls such as appointment scheduling, general inquiries, hours of operation, services offered, and routine pharmacy or clinic FAQs. Calls requiring access to patient-specific medical data are routed to your staff. It also has many other features you can use to automate your patient communications for marketing purposes. 

4. Can VoicRx check prescription status or number of refills remaining?

VoicRx cannot view prescription records or refill counts. Instead, it can capture the caller’s request and route it to your team for follow-up when needed by phone or SMS.

VoicRx can book, reschedule, or confirm appointments by checking availability across one or multiple connected calendars. This helps keep schedules accurate without staff involvement. 7. Do I need to change my phone number or provider?

No. VoicRx can work by forwarding your existing business phone number, so patients continue calling the same number they already know.

No. VoicRx includes unlimited call handling with no per-minute or per-call fees, even during high-volume periods.

9. How long does it take to get set up?
